Can I use Tramadol for chronic pains? Yes you can but be careful. Tramadol was originally marketed as a safe non-addictive pain medication. But they lied! Not only is it very addictive but the withdrawal symptoms are horrible. I know because I used tramadol for a number of years and when I stopped….whoah was I in for a surprise. Yes it worked great for my pain, but if I had known about the severe withdrawals I might have reconsidered my choice.
